Dolci di Maria (Dol-chee-dee-Maria), was founded by a Mom who began creating gluten and dairy-free desserts for her children with food allergies. The desserts were so delicious, she was urged to start selling them.
Dolci means “sweets” in Italian. Inspired by Italian pastry shops, we create fine gluten and dairy-free, and vegan desserts that are perfectly balanced in texture and taste. Everything is freshly baked with natural and organic ingredients. Prepared in a dedicated gluten-free facility just outside Asheville, NC, since 2008.
